Don’t bother checking the Better Business Bureau, they work for the members, and every scam company I’ve ever seen is a member and is able to avoid getting a bad record from them.
The Federal Trade Commission may have some info, but usually by the time they get wind of a scam, it’s too late for the people geing scammed.
There is a website that lists ripoffs called. You can check there.
You can contact the attorney general of the state that the company is located in, but again, most scams stay under the radar until they have made their haul.
You should post a new question, naming the company and asking if anyone has any knowledge of this company.
SUCCESS!
